  • Eliminate passive and aggressive behaviours, gestures and speech patterns.
  • Avoid slouching, maintain eye contact, be soft-spoken. Practice being decisive. Minimize the importance of your own needs and wants in your life.
  • Keep away from gestures like – putting hands in pockets, fawning, scratching, etc.
  • Do not use uncertain statements, frequent justifications, or apologies.
  • Never put yourself down.
  • Adopt proper postures and walk with confidence.
