Did you know as per a LinkedIn study, communication skill is the topmost in-demand soft skills being sought for by employers? 

According to the Holmes report, the cost of poor communication has hit an overwhelming $37 billion. Moreover, 400 surveyed corporations with 100,000 plus employees in the US and UK estimated that communication barriers cost the average organization $62.4 million per year in lost productivity. 

On the other hand, the same report mentioned that companies whose leaders possess practical communication skills produced a 47percent higher return to shareholders over five years. 

What makes communication skills effective?

Yes, that’s right. It is Body Language. As per Albert Mehrabian55% of communication is body language, with 38%tonality and 7% the actual words. That means if your body language is not being able to communicate effectively, your communication will remain incomplete.
